Rear Axle Differential without Through-Drive 3:1 for Tamiya Chassis
The ScaleART rear axle differential without through-drive with an axle ratio of 3:1 has been specially developed for use in high-quality commercial vehicle functional models. The scope of delivery includes the corresponding adapter for Tamiya chassis, enabling easy integration into existing models.
If you already own a ScaleART axle, the adapter for Tamiya chassis can also be purchased separately in our shop.
The axle is made entirely of metal and impresses with maximum stability, precision, and durability. Depending on the version, the components are 6 to 12-fold ball-bearing and equipped with precisely manufactured steel gears. This ensures smooth running and permanently reliable power transmission.
High-quality steel constant-velocity joints are used in the driven front axles. These ensure consistent driving behavior even with turned wheels and provide prototype-like power transmission in curves.
The axle ratio of 3:1 is based on many years of practical experience and has been optimally adapted to the requirements of modern functional models. All axle variants come standard with a selectable differential lock, which provides maximum traction in difficult driving situations.
