The hydraulic kit with short, double-acting telescopic cylinder was specially developed for three-way tippers on a scale of 1:14.5 and offers a powerful complete solution for realistic tipping functions. The kit is suitable for both new builds and retrofitting existing models and contains all essential components for building a reliable hydraulic system.

The double-acting telescopic cylinder ensures that the tipping body is not only powerfully extended but also actively and controllably retracted. This results in particularly smooth and true-to-life movements. At the same time, the system forms the ideal basis for later expansion with additional hydraulic functions.

For the drive, either the short hydraulic pump in silver (item no. 77000002) or the short hydraulic pump in black (item no. 77000008) can be selected. Both pump versions ensure a reliable oil supply to the hydraulic system.

The high-quality materials underscore the quality standards of the system. The cylinder stages made of stainless steel ensure high wear resistance and a long service life, while the cardanic suspension made of black anodized aluminum enables stable and true-to-model mounting.

The scope of delivery includes, in addition to the telescopic cylinder, a 1-way valve block, a Chaservo DS115 servo for valves (item no. 76000602) for precise valve control, and all connection and mounting materials. A suitable storage box for one or two valves is optionally available.
