The 3-speed "Street" Helical Gear transmission is the consistent further development of the proven ScaleART drive technology and was specially developed for road-oriented RC commercial vehicle models. With helical gears, a milled housing and an integrated motor, it offers a particularly smooth, efficient and durable solution for realistic driving functions in demanding functional model building.
For many years, ScaleART manual and transfer cases have stood for reliability and functionality. With Helical Gear Technology, this proven system has been further optimized – for even smoother power transmission, reduced noise development and more driving comfort.
Thanks to the helical steel gears, the gears mesh continuously. This results in less running noise than with straight-cut gears, while the power is transmitted more evenly. At the same time, several teeth are in mesh, which increases the load capacity and enables particularly smooth running.
The integrated transfer case with rigid through-drive ensures direct and low-loss power transmission. This makes the transmission ideal for road-oriented drive systems and models where efficient driving dynamics, smooth running and precise shifting behavior are paramount.
The flanged 46-watt motor enables a compact design and efficient power transmission. This allows the transmission to be integrated into various chassis to save space and at the same time offers a powerful basis for realistic driving functions.
The milled and anodized housing offers high stability and precision. In combination with completely ball-bearing shafts and precisely manufactured steel gears, a reliable and durable drivetrain is created for demanding RC commercial vehicles.
