Terms of Payment

General information

Your order will be shipped within Germany via DHL AG/Deutsche Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. For shipping complete models, kits, and components abroad, we offer delivery via Deutsche Post AG/DHL or UPS. Shipping costs for orders over 250.00 Euros

For orders with a value of 250.00 Euros or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge. This applies exclusively to orders placed via the online shop. However, if you purchase items marked as bulky goods, please note that the corresponding bulky goods freight costs will apply. The bulky goods costs will be displayed directly with the respective items and shown before completing the order process.

Payment by bank transfer

When ordering by prepayment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email with our bank details. Your order will be processed after your payment has been received.

Payment by PayPal

When ordering via PayPal, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email from us and a payment confirmation from PayPal after successful payment. Your order will be processed after your payment has been received. If you select PayPal/PayPal Express as the payment method, an additional 1.7% of the purchase price will be charged.
