3-speed "Duty" Helical Gearbox

The 3-speed "Duty" Helical Gear transmission is the consistent further development of the proven ScaleART drive technology and was specially developed for powerful RC all-wheel drive vehicles. It impresses with high load capacity, precise power transmission and a particularly smooth running characteristic.

For many years, ScaleART manual and transfer cases have stood for reliability and function in demanding functional model building. With Helical Gear technology, this proven technology has been further optimized – for more smoothness, stability and efficiency in driving.

Thanks to the helical steel gears, the gears mesh more evenly than with straight-cut transmissions. This reduces running noise, improves power transmission and increases load capacity. At the same time, several teeth are engaged, which is particularly advantageous at higher speeds and strong all-wheel drives.

The integrated transfer case with lockable center differential ensures controlled power distribution to the axles and enables realistic driving behavior with optimal traction. The flanged 46-watt motor supports a compact design and efficient power transmission in the model.

The milled and anodized housing offers high stability and precision. In combination with completely ball-bearing shafts and milled steel gears, a durable high-performance transmission for demanding applications in functional model building is created.
